I know everyone gets annoyed by the phase " New year new me" lol anyway i added a little twist as shown in the above title haha!!
If you don't know already i am a well known procrastinator and having set goals for a whole year is the toughest and easiest thing forget about. Because you really have a whole year so you can start anytime (which never happens or if it does it doesn't stick) so achieving small goals is my aim this year.
So basically each week i will have set goal in order to reach my overall year goals e.g reading, health/fitness, etc
So WEEk one
- Set/ complete a 7 day meal plan (found a really good template at atkins.com)
- Morning yoga/skipping each day
- weight training
- Explore the city
- Start a book
- post on here everyday o.O
- Complement someone each day <3
I know i haven't posted on here in a long long time but hopefully this is a start of something beautiful^^. Also if you are reading this i hope you are doing one too and comment what your gaols are for this week!! :)
