Hello...it's me
Hello, Friend
It’s been awhile since I have last posted something on here!!!! Actually I have lots of things to post (drafts) just finding it hard to round it up all nice and perfect to post. I have also been a bit busy with university and life's random obstacles being thrown my way. However here is a little treat for you...for now :)
Some random facts about me:
I have lived in 3 different countries for 7+ years (Ghana,Namibia now currently Australia)
When I get obsessed with something, I will stay up until I am satisfied with the information (so I can be up until 3 am), when the normal thing is to wait and do the research at a normal time..sometimes I don't sleep at all.
I also have the best ideas or thoughts in the show (also singing voice) but once I come out everything fades and I don't remember.
I really like my time alone…is it bad to want to spend most of your time on your own?? When I am out and socialising I look forward to coming home and just recharging. I think its because it hard for me to connect and be comfortable with people. It is easy for me to make friends and being friendly with others. But I want more then just a superficial friendship I want depth, great vibes and I want to be with people who make me not want to spend my time alone.… Because we are able to vibe with each other very well exchanging energies equally. It’s hard to find (When i do friendship isn't the main priority *cries*)and i don't have patience so i’d rather just do me…
I love going out and dancing I just feel so free.. With just the music and I…I have also been taking salsa classes and I LOVE IT!!! I just wish I could dance confidently on the dance floor as I do in my bedroom.
I don't like doctors, hospitals anything that can diagnose you, in my head they are just unwanted bad news bringers. And I am studying to be a nurse aHAHAhahahahah.......Yeah>.>
When I was a child I made myself a flower girl, when the little flower girls who where suppose to be there where walking I just went up and followed lol.
When I was a kid my mother had chickenpox and so I also wanted it I need up getting it and I was excited about it??? I still to this day have the scars from it.
I have always had a lump (lymph node) under my jaw that swells or aches when I am about to get sick especially colds, and when I do it gets big.
When I was younger I really was living each moment and experience like it would be last time (which it was, but as a kid you don’t think like that) thats why my memories of my younger years are so vivid and detailed because I took every moment. Even when I was hurt I kept living which to me meant having fun, laughing, going out side, daydreaming, day doing, being creative , etc. But fully living means having fun yes enjoying life for it also means going through the emotions good and bad because its of nature it occurs in order for balance (at least i hope so…i feel like from an outsider perspective you feel like people experience a lot of goo d then or a lot of bad then good)-so i kinda didn't allow myself to not feel it all, which you should bottling up or partial bottling up emotions will just reck you in the end. Here I am, the witness of this p. I know I should feel or behave this way and I am capable of it I just don’t don't want to.
I have moved schools 6 times
I am a very full thinker I think…I try to think from different perspectives, also connecting things together (I'll probably do a post on it sometime).
Me and my childhood best friends made a time capsule about boys we liked and added little random triangles. At that time my crushes name was Quentin and we wrote what we wanted in a "perfect" boyfriend.
I like knowing things and I am very intrigued by people who know things, that I don't know, so that I can know more things.
Basically i don't like dogs, and one time i was walking from school and my neighbours dachshund was out because the gates where open and so i froze (i thought thats what your suppose to do to stop dogs from approaching you, because they would think you're a tree (i have no idea who told be this)...didn't work) that dog kept coming closer to me so i said fuck it and raaannnnnnnn home i was so sacred...but that little dog was very fast!!
I am not an animal person as you would have guessed by now ahaha.. i remember we had bunnies when i was younger and to pet them or “move” them i always wore thick gloves..i just didn't like how they felt...still don't :/
When i was younger my friends and i wrote a song(based off a rugrats song you're a friend to me) with a dance routine and performed it at church for a youth leader that was leaving o.O
I have a weird habit of just smiling for no reason, recently I had a patient tell me if I like injecting him (he really hates it) because I am always smiling. Sometimes I can control it sometimes not. It's really bad when I am thinking of a memory and I could be walking down the street with a huge ass grin.
One of my favourite memory was watching the sunset at Etosha park with the different animals at the waterhole and fireflies everywhere **ahhh sweet memories
Now you know a lil something about me... keep an eye out, as I will start posting regularly :)

Quick DIY 'Minty fresh' face Mask
This face mask was so refreshing mostly due to the mint! it also makes your face feel so soft, smooth and vibrate looking!

Things you will need
1 green and mint tea bag
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon
a pinch of turmeric
3 Table spoons of Greek yogurt
Mix it all up and voila you have yourself a breath taking minty fresh face mask.
Use a cotton ball to apply the mask (gently scrub it in first then mask your face up ^^) leave it on until the mask has dried. Best to rinse it out in the shower. Then apply your favourite skin moisturiser!
*warning* when applying the mask its really really cold
so its also a very good wake-up mask ;)

Greek yogurt : it contains lactic acid that aids in cleansing skin of dead skin cellsLemon: a gentle exfoliate due to the citric acid and helps brighten skin
Green and mint tea bag: The green flushes out toxins from the skin helps heal the skin and leaves a nice smooth complexion. The mint has vitamin A which aids in rejuvenating and refreshing the skin, also help with acne.
Turmeric: This lovely spice is an anti-oxidant it reduces redness and also promotes skin healing

A new diet change?
Hey Guys
I've been having, a really hard time finding the right healthy lifestyle for me when it comes to what i eat!! I have tried pesticarian, vegetarian,no carbs, processed food and the one where you eat fish and chicken?? To be honest the one that changed me was vegetarianism (did it for 6 months) i felt healthier but i also worsen my deficiencies!! (and i hate going to the doctors or having to take pills ( i am such a kid!!)
So i had to stop because of that and other issues. However doing this/ and the other diets has helped me understand my body more in retrospect. Such as how my body feels when i eat junk food/ drinks vs fruits/water. Also when it comes to eating meat i can't have too much or i'll feel sick. But with junk food/drinks i don't feel sick but i bloat really badly so if i don't want a bloated belly i have to avoid them but things like donut and chocolate really get me every time(i don't indulge in them too often...this is really sad but good at the same time!)
I think i may have IBS but i am not sure as i having been diagnosed ( as mentioned i really don't like doctors!) but i remember in high school i mentioned it to the doctor and she didn't really look into it like giving me tests and stuff. Thinking about it maybe i should if this new lifestyle change doesn't work. I get so bloated guys it gets really bad (#nomorebloating2015)!! oK so thats pretty much the short version of my diet so far. So the new diet i am currently trying is the paleo diet also known as the cavemen diet it eliminates foods that my cause my bloating so hopefully this will work. I have been toying with the idea for a while now and finally i can start i''ll do a proper article on the diet as well as a progress report soon :)

New WEEK new Me ^^
I know everyone gets annoyed by the phase " New year new me" lol anyway i added a little twist as shown in the above title haha!!
If you don't know already i am a well known procrastinator and having set goals for a whole year is the toughest and easiest thing forget about. Because you really have a whole year so you can start anytime (which never happens or if it does it doesn't stick) so achieving small goals is my aim this year.
So basically each week i will have set goal in order to reach my overall year goals e.g reading, health/fitness, etc
So WEEk one
- Set/ complete a 7 day meal plan (found a really good template at atkins.com)
- Morning yoga/skipping each day
- weight training
- Explore the city
- Start a book
- post on here everyday o.O
- Complement someone each day <3
I know i haven't posted on here in a long long time but hopefully this is a start of something beautiful^^. Also if you are reading this i hope you are doing one too and comment what your gaols are for this week!! :)

SkinCare Routine- Spring time Edition
Hello guys
So now that winter is over, therefore we need to welcome the springiness and also update our styles and most importantly our skin care routine!!! I tend to go for more moisture in the winter, whilst in the summer less/ligher moisturiser so my face won't feel greasy!! make sure it has spf its so important you don't want to end up life me!!
Here are some of the things i use...
T.N. Dickinsons Witch hazel
Nutrimetrics- Clear mattfying face mist
Tea Tree Medicated gel for Acne
Garner Moisture Match
Lucas papaw ointment
aloe vera extra rich
1. Moistures those lips!! i use pawpaw ointment!! i love this it does a brilliant job
i use the toner usually picks up things left behind and makes the face feel fresh!!
2. after letting the face dry i use a little of the aloe vera
3. I add tea trea medicated gel to my pesky pimples as well as the whiteheads on my nose!!
4. Then i add garner moisture match, which is the only moisturiser i have right now with spf '15'. I like it,its very light and you don't need that much
5. Then the FACE MIST!!! omg guys its the best thing every i also use it after apply make-up. iT HONESTLY just brings my face to life
and thats pretty much it!!
it's easy breezy beautiful ;)

That one time when i went to the Beach
Spring is here guys!!!
I am not really a fan of summery weather but the coldness was getting too much, and in australia the weather changes a lot so randomly like today was hot but yesterday was cold...so at least i get a bit of both :)
One thing i look forward to is going to the beach!! It hasn't been that hot for some beach time. But i was feeling a bit nostalgic so here are some photo sets of my time at the beach last SUMMER

Introduction
This is my first 'proper' blog but i have had experience with blogging but i never really stuck to it...so hopefully this time i can

I love many many things e.g( fashion, food,chocolate,travel,nature,music...) i could go on but to list, but i shall spare you!! many more of my loves will likely be on here so wait and see :)
7 randoms facts about moi :)
1. I was born in Africa- Ghana, after awhile moved to Namibia
2. I am shy!! and also awkward sometimes...but i have come to realised that its not me but its other people that cause my awkwardness
3. I recently started night time jogging/running and i love it
4. I am not a morning person!!! i just can't do it no matter how hard i try or how loud my alarm rings i just can't.
5. I am an extrovert and introvert
6. Pretty sure i have seen a UFO :s and also why are 'smart' phones so bad at night like the camera or video camera....if they weren't so hopeless imagine all the awesome footage!!
7. When i learn a new phase of a foreign language e.g french all i do is repeat like at random times. i'LL BE WATCHING TV and randomly say JE M'APPELLE ....
